※学会参加に伴う費用は，演者，共同演者は航空機代の上限はあるが，定められた日数内であれば全額支給
※論文投稿費用については補助制度あり（上限はあるがほぼ全額支給）
等のトレーニングコースには勤務として受講可能，指導者として参加を薦めている
※トレーニングコースの受講は、日常の医療に必要な知識・技術であると判断し，受講料等全額支給
他科との勉強会を、曜日等を決めて定期的に開催している（例：整形外科、脳神経外科、心臓血管内科、放射線診断科）。
